Beloved Wife of the late Hiram Tamayo. Loving Mother of Rodolfo Miranda and his wife Ivonne of Elizabeth. Dear Sister of Ester Garcia of Miami, Fla, Elvira Fonseca of Roselle, Efigenio Fonseca of W. Palm Beach, Fla, Esmerida Borges of Houston, Texas, Edilfa Socarras, Evora Fonseca both of Elizabeth, N.J. and Evelio and Evidio Fonseca of Cuba. Devoted Grandmother of Jessica Martinez and her husband Jaime Luis of Scotch Plains, Dr. Rodolfo Miranda and his wife Gladys of Elizabeth and Michele Casero of Roselle Park, NJ and Great Grandmother of Tanya, Jamie Rodolfo, Roman, Reid, Samantha and Jack. Mrs. Tamayo was born in Bayamo, Cuba and came to the USA in 1966, then moving to Elizabeth, N.J. She worked in the Garment Industry for 20 years retiring in 1979. She was also a Communicant of St. Catherine’s Church in Hillside, N.J. Funeral from the Growney Funeral Home, 1070 North Broad Street, Hillside, N.J. on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at 8:30 AM. The Funeral Mass will be offered at The Church of St. Catherine of Siena, Hillside. NJ. at 10:00 AM. Visitation will be on Monday, June 21, 2010 from 4 to 9 PM. Interment at Rosedale Cemetery, Linden, N.J.
