(nee Lawyer) Lord, 97, of Newtown, Pa, formerly of Newark, N.J. passed away on Monday, April 21, 2008 at The Neshaminy Manor in Warrington, Pa. Born in Chatham, Mary was the Daughter of Ernest and Julia (Whelton) Lawyer. She was predeceased by her parents, her brothers and sisters and by her husband, George J. Lord and a grandson, Russell Littell, Jr. Loving Mother of Richard J. and his wife Loretta (Romeo) Lord of Edison, George W. and his wife Ann C. (Romeo) Lord, of Bushkill, Pa, Dorothy A. (Lord) and her husband Russell Littell of Newtown, Pa. and Robert J. Lord of Roselle, NJ. Also Survived by twelve Grandchildren and twenty one Great Grandchildren. Mary had an extended family at St. Thomas Aquinas Church where she worked for thirty five years as a house keeper and also served as a Eucharist Minister.
