RECENT OBITUARIES Jacob Leeman Jacob “Sonny” Leeman, 82 of Hillside, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at the Trinitas Hospital, Elizabeth, NJ. Beloved Husband of the Late Evelyn (nee Prott ) Murphy Leeman. Devoted Father of Patricia Ramos, Joseph Leeman and Step Father of Lena Sirriyeh. Also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his children Theresa, Michael and Loretta and brothers Charles & Joseph and sisters Ida, Irene and Marie. Jacob was born in Newark and had lived in Hillside for more than fifty years. He was a Machine Operator for E.J. Brooks of (Newark) and Livingston, NJ. Visitation will be Sunday 3::00 to 5:00 PM. at the Growney Funeral Home, 1070 North Broad Street, Hillside, Funeral will be Monday, January 30, 2012 at 8:00AM then to a 9:30 AM Funeral Mass at Christ the King Church, Hillside, N.J. Interment at Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth, NJ.
