William was the Beloved Husband of Judith (nee Battista) Brugger. Loving Father of Richard J. and his wife Michelle Brugger. Dear Brother to Ronald and Carl Repman. Also survived by three nieces, three nephews, four great nieces and one great nephew. Funeral from the Growney Funeral Home, 1070 North Broad Street, Hillside, N.J. on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at 8:30 AM. The Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Theresa¢s Church in Kenilworth, N.J. at 10:00 AM. Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 1st from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. William was born in Elizabeth and lived in Hillside before moving to Cranford thirty three years ago. He was employed at TR Electric Company in Hillside for fifteen years. He was a Member of the Knights of Columbus # 4186 of Kenilworth, the B.P.O.E. Elks Lodge # 1583 of Union and the 200 Club of Union County.
